Preview before you finalize

The report is generated with your company branding, property details, scope of inspection, and all approved findings with photos.

Review the formatted report before you sign and finalize it. After approval, you can export a PDF or create a share link. Email and SMS delivery have not been verified.

Control and Safety

Your name is on the report. We built it that way.

  • Nothing is sent without your approval. Every finding must be explicitly approved before it appears in the report.
  • Every drafted finding shows source evidence. Voice timestamp and photo so you can verify where it came from.
  • You can edit or replace any language instantly. Rewrite the observation, change the recommendation, adjust severity.
  • If something looks wrong, dismiss it and move on. No penalty, no friction. Skip anything you don't trust.

Five completed projects are shared across your organization workspace. The approved $39/month per-inspector plan is not yet available.
Offline-First
Capture notes and media without signal. Cloud processing needs a connection and your AI permission.
Release Status
Physical-device, provider, and general app-release acceptance remain outstanding.
Connected Report Sharing
Cloud sharing needs a connection. Email, SMS, and automated reminders are not verified for release.
Reference screens from the app. Release checks and physical-device acceptance are still underway.
